The EOS Model is the framework we use to guide the leadership team down the path to sustainable growth. Each component has a unique purpose. When focused on collectively everything has a way of falling into place resulting in a very successful and well run organization.

The Vision Component leads the way. We focus on getting everyone 100% crystal clear about where we are going and how we are going to get there. This vision must be communicated consistently and shared by all. One message – one team!

The People Component focuses on making sure you have the right people (fit your core values) in the right seats (based on their abilities). Employees that believe and want to be part of the future are a necessary element of any successful company.

The Data Component is how we measure progress and success. Data is King!!! It’s real, validated and objective. Leading indicator data will always outsmart lagging data any day. This is where accountability starts while enabling you the keep your finger on the pulse and out of the weeds.

The Issues Component helps us to clarify the difference between real issues and what are just symptoms of the real issues. Issues can be ideas, opportunities and obstacles too. Anything that needs to be discussed and solved. We need to get to the real root of the issues first before we can resolve them once and for all!

The Process Component focuses on identifying the core processes and documenting them to ensure we do everything the same way, every time, consistently. Basically, documenting how you want to run your business, service your customers and ensure consistency across your organization. Running your business YOUR WAY!

The Traction Component is where the real execution begins. Delivering your vision, holding people accountable, targeted discipline, structured meetings and 90-day review cycles. Stop hallucinating like most businesses and make your vision reality!

The strength of each component has a direct correlation to your organizational success. When you are at least 80% efficient in each of the six key components you are ready to run this model yourself without your implementer.
