EOS Model

The EOS Model is the framework we use to guide the leadership team down the path to sustainable growth. Each component has a unique purpose. When focused on collectively everything has a way of falling into place resulting in a very successful and well run organization.

Rainee on the Power of EOS

After mastering the top 3 components you will have created a transparent and aligned organization. Building a solid foundation will ensure long-term sustainable growth.

The Vision Component leads the way. We focus on getting everyone 100% crystal clear about where we are going and how we are going to get there. This vision must be communicated consistently and shared by all. One message – one team!

The People Component focuses on making sure you have the right people (fit your core values) in the right seats (based on their abilities). Employees that believe and want to be part of the future are a necessary element of any successful company.

The Data Component is how we measure progress and success. Data is King!!! It’s real, validated and objective. Leading indicator data will always outsmart lagging data any day. This is where accountability starts while enabling you the keep your finger on the pulse and out of the weeds.

The Issues Component helps us to clarify the difference between real issues and what are just symptoms of the real issues. Issues can be ideas, opportunities and obstacles too. Anything that needs to be discussed and solved. We need to get to the real root of the issues first before we can resolve them once and for all!

The Process Component focuses on identifying the core processes and documenting them to ensure we do everything the same way, every time, consistently. Basically, documenting how you want to run your business, service your customers and ensure consistency across your organization. Running your business YOUR WAY!

The Traction Component is where the real execution begins. Delivering your vision, holding people accountable, targeted discipline, structured meetings and 90-day review cycles. Stop hallucinating like most businesses and make your vision reality!

The strength of each component has a direct correlation to your organizational success. When you are at least 80% efficient in each of the six key components you are ready to run this model yourself without your implementer. Yes, we encourage you to graduate. We are not consultants trying to embed ourselves in your organization. We are professional trained implementers, business advisers and educators.

    • EOS was the catalyst for one of the most remarkable changes in my company. My Leadership Team has integrated the EOS tools into our everyday work habits. Our vision is clear, strategies are well executed and communicated to all. EOS taught my Leadership Team how to plan, act and communicate in a system that is easy for all to adopt and follow. Within the first year of integrating EOS, my company was able to achieve a record revenue growth of 87% over the prior year.

    • The EOS Process has allowed our management team to grow more trusting of each other, be more efficient and navigate through tough issues quickly. It has been less than a year since we have rolled it out to all of our team members. They are enthusiastic about the changes that have been brought forth. I have entrusted this journey to the point that I am taking a two month sabbatical. Without the growth over the last 18 months of the organization, I know this decision would never have been made possible!

    • I had a well-run, profitable and growing business before we implemented EOS. Today, a year after implementation, we have supercharged the business. We now have clarity of responsibilities, problem-solving frameworks and the growth has been explosive… thank you for giving us the framework to really take off.

    • Five years ago we ended the year at $5,000,000 in revenue and a 3% net loss. Things weren’t awful, but we definitely wanted to do better, so we implemented EOS. It felt a little awkward at first, but as we began to master the system, things became simpler and everything began to work better. As a result, we ended the next year at $7,500,000 with a 6% net profit! The whole leadership team is so much more confident about the future now, and we’ve never been so unified as a team. I guess the big WOW! in all of this is knowing that our dreams are attainable. We’re on pace to close out this year at $18,000,000 with a nice profit. EOS works.
